Southland half-marathon and suffering

I’m in the red top. This is about a one kilometre into the Southland half marathon on Sunday so I was still feeling fairly fresh.

Survived it -and the tail wind mostly helped – though two days later am still hurting. Every time I sit down or bend down feel like I’ve had a load of weights dropped on my quads. A sign of not enough training. Maybe the marathon next year?
